Comic Sans = horror. Why not use the same Futura you've used for the navigation elements? It looks fantastic. Put it in an image and give it an appropriate alt text, and you're fine.
The #0000FF blue is too harsh for the rest of the color scheme. You've used it as heading text color and as a background for other headings.
Also the little buttons “Member Login”, “Request Quote” etc. — It's somehow confusing, because they're mostly used on blogs as links to other websites. They do stand out, though.

The website doesn't validate.
But in overall... it looks fabulous. The image on the left fits the message of the website, and the color scheme is nicely balanced (skin tones being the counter color of light blue). The navigation is visually clear and even the subnavigation under the Information link works and is easy to grasp. And then the usual location for copyright text, what does it say: “Your #1 Mystery Shopping Service”. I'm actually a little jealous.
