Hi.First, the page was incredibly slow to download. I didn't time it because I've got a slow connection this morning, but just the mouse .gif alone is 62 or 63KB and the size of the entire page should be in the neighborhood of 80K. Once the page loads there is no content. I have absolutely no idea what the site is about. I see a product link so I'm assuming you're going to try to sell me something...but what? Computers? Cheese? Rodents? Pest control?
When I go to the About page I expect to see a company or personal profile. I see a cartoon, the message of which you need to heed.
I still have no idea who you are or what the site is for. Also, the navigation has changed.
On the policy page I still find no content, then it dawns on me...look at the source code. Aha! You have not set a color for your text so it is coming up as black-on-black.
There is also an "Up" button which might as well be done away with. It has no meaning to most Internet visitors. I would recommend sticking with the same nav bar on all pages.
On the Products page I still don't see any products. It's going to take your site visitors at least two clicks before they even find the purpose of your site. It really needs to be made obvious from the get-go.
Good luck,
Sandy
