As before, my screen resolution is configured at 1024x768 but the desktop icons are now very tiny. Cruised through display properties with no joy. On the main accessibility option page under 'pick a task', click 'configure Windows to work for your vision, hearing, and mobility needs'. That starts up the accessibility wizard. You can just click 'next' until you get to the one that says 'set wizard options' - that's the one where you select 'I am blind or have difficulty seeing things on screen'. I'm running two monitors; one had a screen resolution of 1024x768 while the other (with the icons) was set at 1280x1024. All better now.
