VisionSystem -> USB drive is not appear (7/20/2006 12:41:23)

I have a problem, USB drive is not appear and the printer is not recognize,so i try to slove this problem
whit unistalling the drivers in windows save mode and start the windows to runing in windows normal mod,the drivers after this is installing but this problem is continue to appear.

//USB ports don't recognize any hardver.

Please help!!!!

Hi and Welcome to Outfront.

A few questions to help answer this:

1. What OS ver? 2000, XP, ME?

2. What kind of USB drive? Have you contacted the manufacturer / distributor / retailer web site for updated drivers etc?

3. If it came with software, did you install the software first? I do know that with many USB devices, you have to install drivers *before* you plug in any hardware.
