Problem with link colors - inheritance, I think - 7/26/2006 18:04:30
I have a nested list that is inside a class which is inside an id. (It's the main nav bar in blue on the left here.) I'm trying to get the hover color of that to be gray, but it's pulling the hover color (red) from the #content id.
I can't figure out where I'm going wrong. I'm using a linked stylesheet - style.css - that imports the style sheet with the styles for the main navigation (mainnav.css) I'm having a little trouble understanding the css for the lists, so that might be a little 'messy.' And I wonder if it's what's messing me up, or if it's an inheritance issue that I'm not following.
