If not, I can recommend Bit Defender which has an auto update facility, a firewall and scans all your mail for you. It's not expensive either and their support, on the odd occasion one of my clients had needed to use them, has been very good. They've recently added trojan checkers but I still run my standalones alongside and to date nothing has got through. The only issue you have is with the window display, right? Found in your uploaded screenshot. Does this happen on every window?
