I've been trying to backup an Access database I've got in the _private folder, but I'm having some difficulties. My usual FTP client, Cyberduck, can see the folder and list its contents but can't download anything from it successfully. FTP from the command line can't see the folder, and Filezilla can't see the folder. I'm logged with my "admin" account.
I'm going to get on to the webhost about this, but they're rubbish (I'm on the move soon) and likely won't get a helpful answer.
Anyone know why this might happen? I can't work out why different clients would see different things - especially the command line???
