It just works, that's all I can say. You have a simple service and you use a simple design to represent it. It's built with focus on every visual detail (although the title text is Arial —yuck). The color scheme is nice with good use of complementary colors (I think you somehow managed to avoid the typical blue–orange cliché). I'd recommend using the same text font for all pages. Some of the subpages are in MS Sans Serif while the rest is Tahoma. MS Sans Serif isn't actually considered a good alternative, since it's not scalable but fixed to certain pixel sizes — no antialiasing either. You're site doesn't validate. If you want it to be technically superior, pick a document type for your HTML and build the website to comply with the chosen doctype. But all in all, very nice.

Nah, just had time to kill. And this was how I use to post critiques. Though I do believe you should venture through the whole site (or as much as possible) in order to really help the requestor.
