I read this
http://technology.guardian.co.uk/weekly/story/0,,1851363,00.html

and then I went to ixQuick
http://www.ixquick.com/ - you can also try Clusty, http://clusty.com/

and then I read this (linked from the homepage)
http://us.ixquick.com/eng/press/pr_big_brother.html

I did a couple of searches and the results it brought up were quite good. I've been getting increasingly bored of Google and dissatisfied with it's results, and I'm all for keeping companies and governments at arms length, so I am now going to google via ixQuick - (don't sue me please Google!) :)

You can't google via ixQuick

You can only ixQuick via ixQuick.

Get it right or the great Google legal machine may want to have a chat with you. :)
