d a v e Posts: 4177 Joined: 7/24/2002 From: England (but live in Finland now) Status: offline	important for all thunderbird users - 8/23/2006 16:56:50 did you know that you're supposed to compact your folders in thunderbird to finally get rid of deleted messages? otherwise you have messages/junk/spam marked as deleted but they still remain in your email folders - unseen - but possibly taking up huge amounts of space and even resluting in your inbox taking ages(minutes) to load!!! i know - it happened to me :( anyway, all you need to do is compact your folders every week or so like this http://kb.mozillazine.org/Compacting_folders _____________________________ David Prescott Gekko web design
