web page name (Full Version)

I would like for certain visitors to my site to be directed to a specific page (not the index page) . Do i have to add the .htm bit?

I would rather something like www.skiddawview.co.uk/sales (not /sales.htm)


Any help would be appreciated

You'd need to make "sales" a directory and call the page you want them to look at index.html within that directory.

In effect they'll be going to www.yoursite.com/sales/index.html but in reality all they'd need to type in is www.yoursite/sales
