Just take a screenshot of my banner that intersects the login form (only blue banner) and design that. Ill edit it myself for its 6 pictures forming around a login box. I apreciate it and please dont put your name on it. If i decide to use yours Ill put my own link to your site

I believe that the banner should go with the theme of the site. If your site is for kids then you can't have serious sober colors. It has to be vibrant, florocent colors dominating the site feel.
