A month isn't very long. Usually Google takes a note that your site is there but then ignores it for a while to see if it goes away. If it doesn't then it thinks about ranking it. The ranking you get depends on many many factors. When you type something into google's search the words you use are known as the keywords. Google will return results based on those keywords. If you put UMUT in then you'll get 5,100,000 other pages back. To get your site above that lot isn't easy. If you put Umut's Home in then you only get 177 pages back. However you are unlikely to rank very highly on there as the code behind your page doesn't contain those keywords other than in the header. The rest of the page doesn't mention UMUT. Now if the other 177 Umut pages don't either then you may get to the top. I notice you also don't have Meta tags in the pages for Description or Keywords. Putting those in will help. With all of this there are no guarantees but if you look around the web for information on SEO you'll find plenty of it.
