Too many shades and variations of green and blue. Difficult to make those two work together.

If I'm not mistaken the image top right is copyrighted to the manufacturers of Felix Cat Food.

I found that image on a website that claimed to have copyright free images for use on websites. I will find that particular site and post the url if you like. As far as I know it is pub domain but if I find out differently I will replace it.

Take a look at the image for the first link (Who is Felix) at the top of the page. It changes when you hover over it but the initial image is the same. I've just checked and it was used on some promo cards they sent out last year when you registered with them under a survey.

The site you got it from seem to have scanned something like that.

Well in the UK if someone used my logo without my permission under any circumstances I have the right to sue the pants off them.

Entirely up to you but if it were my site I'd want to be safe, here's the address with contact details for Purina, you could send them the image and ask, then you know you're safe if they say yes.
