I will find that particular site and post the url if you like. As far as I know it is pub domain but if I find out differently I will replace it. It changes when you hover over it but the initial image is the same. I've just checked and it was used on some promo cards they sent out last year when you registered with them under a survey. Well in the UK if someone used my logo without my permission under any circumstances I have the right to sue the pants off them.

Entirely up to you but if it were my site I'd want to be safe, here's the address with contact details for Purina, you could send them the image and ask, then you know you're safe if they say yes.
