Mango Himself -> help on a sale (9/6/2006 13:45:33)

Hi guys an existing customer of mine is almost sold on upgrading his website. When I created it, the site was one specific idea. As we all know, thanks to customer's interference and after two years of updates, changes, etc, the site is a little patched up. It wouldn't pass a W3C validation in any way. (not that it matters to the customer but it matters to me) I re-designed a new, more modern and W3C compliant example for their site. here's the deal: Although the customer and I have talked about an obvious payment for the upgrade, I want to have more elements than just saying the site is standard compliant, looks nicer, will allow for faster updates, etc I need the extra sales pitch just in case the customer asks me "and why do I really need an upgrade?" Any ideas? Thanks in advance
