What's this realm thing? - 9/14/2006 15:51:50
When I go to publish my site it has my domain name and then the realm Which happens to be my old domain name. How can I get that changed and what does it all mean?

Assumption: you are using Frontpage 2003.
In the upper right hane corner, there is something there called Website Properties. I think you might be able to change it there

Yes, it's with 2003. Do you mean the remote web site properties? No, that's not it, it comes up when I need to log in with my network user name and password to publish thru Frontpage. On the 1st line it has the "site" name, then on the 2nd line it says "realm", with an old website name that's not being used anymore. Can that be explained?

I have seen that before but I cannot remember where. I think that it had something to do with the OS but I cannot remember unfortunately. Maybe someone else can help shed some light on it
