Accessibility on BBC Breakfast - 9/22/2006 2:59:44
I meant to post this yesterday but didn't get a chance.

Good ol' Declan Curry on the Business News section of BBC Breakfast yesterday was talking about accessibility or lack of on many on-line shops and how Nomensa did a survey and (suprise suprise) found that the vast majority of web shops were inaccessible to many people.

Very interesting that it's getting such coverage on a Business programme.

Thanks for that Tail & Jaybee,

This is all great, but I still believe that telling businesses that it's the law and that they 'could' be missing out of x amount in sales is a bit wishy washy.

Personally I'd like to see more companies taken to court, and those that do have accessible sites, I'd like to be reading newspaper articles and hearing radio interviews on how their profits did increase.
