wrangler -> Adding an existing website to FP (10/1/2006 22:51:15)

I have searched the FAQs and you guys are so far ahead of me I'm almost afraid to ask...

I have been doing my own website in FP for a while now with no problems. My town recently made a .gov site and has invited several of us to add and update the pages. My question is how do I add an existing website to my FP files so I can access it to update and publish? The only instruction they gave us was the username and password and said if we had FP we could access it. I'm totally lost. I don't find anything that will let me add another website. Help please!

File > Open Web > http://www.domain.gov

Enter the username/password. This will give you full access to all of the website files on that account.

It works and I am happily updating our town's website. Thanks so much!! I used to have CuteFTP and was looking for something in Frontpage that helped you manage several sites. Wow I have a lot to learn. I'm not bad coming up with ideas for sites and figuring out ways to design them but I still haven't figured out how folks manage several at once. There must be a better way. I'm grateful for info so I could get our site current and let locals know about the events coming up. I love doing this and am looking forward to a time when it isn't such a struggle. Thanks again.
