pop3 / sbc - outgoing mail server - 10/3/2006 15:33:33
Can anyone who uses sbc yahoo for their ISP tell me what the outlook settings should be to send / receive email?
I can get the test message to work. When I try a real message, I can receive but I can't send email. I looked on sbc's web site for information.
What should the outgoing server port be? 25 or 587? The test message works when I enter 587.

Have you tried 110?
IIRC that's the port for POP.

I put 587 as the outgoing server port and I had to enter smtp.mail.yahoo.com for outgoing mail server.
