Ski apartment website - 10/5/2006 9:24:22
Hi, I've just put together this site to advertise a ski apartment in Bulgaria. I've avoided letting anyone see it to date, so I would expect there to be a lot areas for improvement. The address is http://www.escape2bansko.com Any criticisms / ideas would be great! Cheers, Mark

Hi You've got this: <%@LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252"%> Above your html tag and it's showing on your page in FF, Opera etc. Also in the non-IE browsers the rounded corner thing isn't working properly - the two corners are pushed together in the centre of the screen which looks a bit odd. It's an interesting booking system - do you mind if I ask which bit of software you used for it - or did you write it yourself?

Cheers Tailslide, Yep, the corners thing doesn't suprise me. That's what I get for not testing it in different browsers. I'll have to fix that one. The booking system isn't anything fancy. The calendar is a freebie from rentcalendar.com that I was able to pull into the page and the actual booking part is just a PHP form which sends an email confirmation to you and another to me, then redirects you to a 'Thanks for the booking' type page. Thanks again for giving it the once over, Mark
