Hi, on MS FrontPage ive used hover buttons to form a sort of menu. Now, what I want to happen is when you hover over them, more options roll out below.

How can I make this happen?

That all means nout to me! Im sorry ut I have no knowledge of html - is there a way to do it on the WYSIWYG editor?

No. The nearest you'll get is to buy a plug-in such as Allweb menus.
