Shouldn't that be solutions or "a data recovery solution"

Layout is nice but your logo seems a little lost or faded or something. I'd make the colours zippier. or make the logo a bit larger.

I think it's very nice. It's well structured. The elements are everywhere they're used to and it's clear. Not overly fancy either. I also like the hint of green, it's almost unnoticable.

Yet it's a little too ordinary, maybe you could add some interestingness with a more unique layout. I'm referring to Emily Boyd's proposal for the OpenOffice.org website from last year, which is a similar business-looking design with small Verdana. Too bad they didn't implement it, by the way.

So you could make it a little more interesting, but be sure to keep it as simple as it's now.

EDIT: Sorry, the font is MS Sans Serif in Boyd's example, but who cares anyway. :)
