Meta tags - 10/22/2006 20:36:06
I've used Meta tag maker in FP; I can't see where/how meta tags are entered in EWD? Thanks. Linda

In code view you should see the <head> and </head> tags. The meta tag information goes there.

If you need help on understand the tags (what needs to be included and where to place them) take a look at http://www.toolsandtemplates.com/advice_promote_site.htm

Does that mean I can insert them only on the master? Or do I insert them on each page, which seems the right thing to do, and tell it to keep the change permanently?

Thanks for your help Linda

If you're going to have identical tags on each page then you can change the master but you really should have the tags tailored to each page for SEO purposes.
