freeaspupload newbie problems! - 10/30/2006 9:34:46
Hi
I have been trying to use the free asp uploader which comes in a zip with the separate "delete", "upload" etc asp files.
I have looked everywhere for a beginners guide, but only found the documentation on the official website - as the step by step instructions didn't work, I can only assume that I didn't understand it. It seemed to be talking a bout a two file system, so I put these two files on my site:
freeASPUpload.asp
uploadTester.asp
I created a html form page with the correct variables etc and tried to connect this to the files, but I had an error message that "the page cannot handle a "POST" command.
When I view the asp file all I see is the script. Do I need to connect my form html to one of these pages? or should they work as they are?
As you can see, I am a little lost, so would appreciate some help in basic terms.
