Posts: 2772 Joined: 2/20/2003 From: Greenville, South Carolina, USA Status: offline	Looking for Membership Directory Template - 10/30/2006 12:53:05 I've been charged with updating our Homeowners Association Membership Directory and would like suggestions for a template or software package which will help present good visuals/homeowner information. The finished Membership Directory does not need to be data base driven nor does it need to have an online presence; just a simple package which I'll have bound at Staples to give it a slick, finished look. Word templates are , Publisher doesn't have anything appropriate and Google returns are much too sophisticated for the task at hand. Any ideas appeciated _____________________________ Larry M. I setup a simple layout for the members page, and inserted a CMS system to allow them to update everything including adding/removing members. The client wanted it simple, so there is only a picture and a short description, all of which can be done using the CMS. What else do you plan to use? Is something this simple with a CMS good enough? What would help me alot is to be able to peak at your directory(s) so I can at least get some formatting ideas. Contact me off-Forum if you prefer. What I did is a pretty basic setup, but seemed to be what the HOA/Rotary wanted.
