DVD to .avi - 11/6/2006 14:41:51
I have been given a dvd that was recorded on an entertainment system. I would like to copy it to an .avi file. Is there an easy way (software) to do this?

I haven't tried it, but believe this should do it for you:

I use Ulead Video Studio 9. It came free with a firewire card i purchased for my laptop, but I believe you can purchase it separately. It's pretty straight forward to convert files, and quick enough.
