MySQL Multi-Master Replication - 11/13/2006 12:40:04
Has anyone set up a multi-master MySQL environment? I am currently investigating utilizing this but am having difficulty understanding the auto_increment_offset rule. If you offset an auto increment of a server by 10, after replicating the same entry on each server would have an increment number plus or Minus 10 depending on how you looked at it. How would this affect reporting in a load balanced environment?

Update... I recently set-up a 5 node master 2 master replication cluster. If anyone needs help on this anytime in the future feel free to contact me.
