A community with 14,000 resident has a web site. The Home Owners Association wants to begin selling banner ads on the popular Address book page.

Actual monthly visits during October:


What would you suggest as fees for advertisers with page banners on each of the pages shown above?

I would offer a tiered approach...

High end plan:

Give banner and text link, site wide

Mid level plan:

Text link on content block index pages only.

Low end:

One text link, one page. Lower level PR page wrapped in JS to obscure the text link so no PR value is passed.

As for fees I am not sure what to recomend. If it is heavily visited by LOCAL traffic then I would think you could charge a pretty penny with local merchants.

Check out your local newspaper fees for weekly submissions, that should give you an idea.
