I bought a web template that has SWISH into page. Can I get into it without having the Swish software.

Go back to the site where you bought the template, there should be a list of requirements next to it and they will tell you whether you must have Swish or not.

If it is a Flash Template then you'll need something to work with it. Swish is a much cheaper option than Flash. You can download a trial version of Swish Max from their web site.
