CSS Based Forms - 11/21/2006 7:29:17
A look at This page Will give you some great ideas for forms. It has an excellent collection of css styled forms. Each form that is shown has a link to the site that the form is from.

Highly suggest a visit to this site.

That's an excellent link Debs!

It is worth pointing out that some of the forms are better than others so don't necessarily copy them 100% (for example all forms should have useful label tags).

You are correct on depending on the code provided by any site or tutorial. It is always best to test it as well as make sure it validates.

If you stick to the validator when testing things or learning things, I find that the validator can be a great learning tool. Most of the time that is, lol.

Just what I was going to add. Mike's form's not only nice and gets the job done, as well as being fully accessible, but is super secure from a spam point of view too - PHP Contact Form v2.0
