I was using the Tbird calendar plugin but the problem is that I have so many email accounts that the diary was always hidden and therefore I forgot about it! So I came across this nice little freebie calendar today: http://www.rainlendar.net/cms/index.php It sits on your desktop with the calendar, events list and a to do list (you can choose which show) and there are hundreds of skins available for it. Here's a pic. Neat eh? There's a paid version which integrates with Outlook too.
