Which file to publish - 11/11/2001 20:31:00
If I'm publishing a site without any themes or shared borders do I still need to publish the folders starting with an underscore? Or even the 'bin' or 'index_files' folders!

Let FP publish what it needs to. A lot of those directories it needs and will automatically publish what it needs.
