Photoshop Problems - 11/30/2006 18:33:16
Hello. Lately I've been having problems with Photoshop. A button related to the brushes simply isn't working for me. I've tried pressing Control-Alt-Shift as it launches to try and delete the preferences, but that doesn't work for me... Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ORIGINAL: donkey_bottom Hello. Lately I've been having problems with Photoshop. A button related to the brushes simply isn't working for me. Are you saying that the drop-down list for brush preferences doesn't appear and that resetting preferences doesn't reset the problem? You could also post the problem at comp.graphics.apps.photoshop

Yes, the drop-down list doesn't appear, but when I try to reset the preferences through pressing Control-Alt-Shift, nothing happens. Thanks for the link. It's greatly appreciated. If I don't get anything here, I'll give it a shot over there.

Hi I never had this problem, you might have to reinstall PhotoShop, but I would also try this tech support site that really helped me one time when I had some problem with my Photoshop as well. Here is the support page for PhotoShop: http://www.fixya.com/support/p629591-adobe_photoshop_cs3_10_23102480 Good Luck
