DataNumen -> How about our new website design? (12/4/2006 22:47:29)

We have asked a web design company to design a website for our product Advanced Zip Repair. The home page is at http://www.datanumen.net/mockups/index.htm

Could you please kindly provide any comments on it? Thank you very much.

It's a nice enough design (I'm presuming that's the mockup as it's all images). I think I'd have the logo just slightly bigger.

What bothers me is does it expand and contract when the text size is increased? Will people be able to use it if they have images off (e.g. I'm guessing the navigation is using images rather than text)?

I was expecting to see a clothing related site for people with broken zips. [:D]

Nothing to add to tailslide's comments.

We already gave you critique on this website, don't post the same design again.

You just moved some elements and changed the content. The design is the same and the same critique applies.

The layout is a little better now though.

..is that a rule?

hi, anderskorte,

I'm reall sorry about that. I posted the mockup of the website more than one month ago and got your comments that help us a lot.

And based on the comments, we try to modify the website and make several changes, including the layout, the contents, and the elements. After that, I post the modified version again to see if there are any outstanding problems again, or any other improvements to be made. :)

Some sites like you to continue with your previous thread, others like you to start a new one, I don't think there's any preference on here.
