Boot windows2000 without network - 12/5/2006 15:36:30
We inherited some computers that seem to have previously been used on a network. We need to use them individually for now. When we boot them, they ask for network ID and passwords. Is there a way around this? (We do not have installation disks for Win2000...) Thanks. Stephen

Thanks so much for the links! It turns out that the computer is running Novell Client for Windows (Novell Login v 4.83.0.0 SP2). After changing the password and rebooting, I get this error when I try to log in. The tree or server could not be found. Choose a different tree or server. The machine in question is NOT connected to a network, so a server won't be found... Any ideas? Stephen
