I've got this site bookmarked now. But unfortunately it will only create SWF files, not decomile them. The first program Gill suggested is one I had also found, but it won't do audio. The second "seems" to work fine, although it "appears" to be limited in the unregistered version. The audio fades after a few seconds. But since they don't mention the limitation anywhere, I'm hesitant to buy it, as I don't know if it is an imposed limitation or a real flaw. I've written the authors, but haven't heard back yet. Any other free or inexpensive ones you know works or might suggest? There are zillions that come up when I do a search and I have no idea what might be good and what is trash. Or, right now I only have one 3.5 minute clip that I'd like converted to avi (or other media file from which I can create a DVD). It is 24.7mb. If someone already has a conversion program, would you be willing to do it for me? I want to give the DVD to someone tomorrow evening. I bought a recording package, the demo was fine for testing but stopped after 30 seconds. I couldn't find a free one that did both the video and the audio, so I spent the $25 on the Magic Swf2Avi program. But if anyone is reading this post later then you may want to check on the Swf>>Avi. They may have added the audio to their freeware at a later date. And of course that media-convert site Peter mentioned is amazing.
