Can't open a good web page - 12/21/2006 0:35:41
This is the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. I can't go to any page in the nero.com domain. That is the only domain I've found that I can't go to. Here are some details:
  • It happens in Firefox, IE, and Off-By-One.
  • However, when I used megaproxy in any of these same browsers then I can go to the Nero domain just fine on this same PC!!!
  • I've disabled McAfee and it still happens.
  • I can successfully go to the domain on any other computer behind the same router.
  • I've emptied my cache, history, cookies, and still no luck.

    I can't figure it out.

    Any ideas?

    Andrew

I'm on FF 1.5.0.9 and all I get is a blank page. I get that occasionally and have always assumed it's something to do with the site's servers (e.g., temporarily down or something) but maybe not. Weird.

Edited: Oh-- When I hit refresh, it goes to an deeper-nested page that displays fine.
