785463d Posts: 3 Joined: 12/25/2006 Status: offline	usb 2.0 - 12/25/2006 6:05:15 I recently installed a usb 2.0 pci card on my desk top and in the device manager it says there is an hi speed controller and it shows the 4 ports and i also installed a self powered 7 port hub but when i connect any usb 2.0 device it says this device will perform faster on a usb 2.0 port and then gives me a list of available ports to which i am already plugged into. my system is operating on xp with service pack 2 and is an amd 1.5 processer with 1 gig ram.I am at a loss to come up with any cure any help will be greatly appreciated??????????? <NO LINKS> < Message edited by Spooky -- 12/26/2006 18:45:53 >

I never got mine to work. You could try downloading and installing the latest drivers. Update the BIOS. Other than that...........?
