What's the best table width for an 800*600 website so there's no vertical scrolling issues.

I'm not sure what table width would have to do with vertical scrolling?

But, IMHO the only way to define any width is a percentage - you have no way of knowing that a 800*600 setting is equal to a 800 px wide screen. IE: rigth now my res. is set to 1280*960, but my browser window is 750 px wide...
