I tried submitting a site to dmoz. For the past few weeks I keep getting this message even when I try submitting to different categories.

Service Temporarily Unavailable

DMOZ servers were down for months. I believe that recently editors have been granted access but it is still not functioning normally.

No, being totally unaware at the time of the speed at which things get done, I sent repeated complaints about their appalling service to the main contact email address. I think they just got fed up. :)
