I am not too excited about the font in your menu. I am sounding like andeskorte but I feel it's the only thing missing. I would also go fo a dark grey rather than black in the font. Nice site. My only problem with it, which is rather a big problem, is that you have to be damned quick and hover just in the right place to get the fly-out nav, otherwise it disappears again - at least it did for me. On fonts, the only way really to display a non-standard font that people aren't likely to have is to use a graphic, but that brings a whole heap of problems with it too.
