I have a form that I need to be able to email an alert if a box is checked. Right now the form is dumped into a database. I would like it to do both. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. Bob

Hi Bob, assuming you are on a Windows server - have a search of the database forum for "CDOSYS" Its the code used to generate an email and could be tied in with your existing code?
