Format Painter - 1/19/2007 23:22:20
In the FP products their is a button called Format Painter, which copies the formatting from one area to another. I used this for some simple calendar markings, which was quite handy and FAST. I don't see this in Expression, is it no longer around?

Well, I couldn't find a format painter so I decided I would actually try and do this more correctly, using CSS.

I created a couple new styles, for the different calendar day statuses, and can now just highlight the text and choose the new style for them from a drop down menu. Works pretty good, and fast!

Not that it really matters now, but I was playing around with the different tool bars and found the Format Painter on one of them. So it does exists, if anyone else happens to be looking for it.

Yes Jaybee, that, as well as many other things. But in talking to myself long enough I just knew I would get someone to join in on my little conversation. It worked! :) No longer alone...

And yeah Dan, those darn Chargers.
