How do set up in my FrontPage website for clients to download Powerpoint Presentations, PDF files, Graphics/Files.

You should just be able to set up a plain hyperlink to the file that they can click - they should get the dialogue box asking them if they want to save or open the file, or in the case of graphics, just tell them to right-click and "save as".

I *think* uploaded files need to be in zip format in order to be downloaded by visitors. If not, they will open natively assuming the end-user has the applicable program on his/her machine.

Experiment on your own b4 advising your Clients.
