LOL, I never got that far as it's not something I would use, just something I liked as a user. In order for you to be able to see the screenshots, their crawlers have been very busy little spiders for months, crawling everyone's websites whether they are welcome or not. They don't ask - they just take.

Robots.txt is a convention that good bots cheerfully abide by, these guys happily ignore it.

There are quite a few tools that display a screenshot of homepages but I find them really annoying. I have it working on a client site via Joomla, can't remember which one it uses, begins with an A, but it's forever serving up black blobs as it's overloaded and can't render the thumbnail, or it can't reach the site for some reason. I got so cheesed off that I went and took my own shots, resized them and linked to those within the site. _____________________________ If it ain't broke..... fix it until it is.
