Hi over there! Will this site convert visitors into customers? Is it convincing? Thanks for your HELP! Site is here

Welcome to Outfront. I think your site needs some plastic surgery. Have you looked at it in Any browser other than IE?

womble -> RE: NEW VERY UNIQUE WEBSITE (1/28/2007 9:01:11)

Well it's certainly unique in the fact that it totally confused me - are you selling cosmetic surgery or a web site?

The links in the menu such as "Key questions to ask your doctor" suggest it's for patients, but most of the rest of it suggests it's aimed at doctors.

Altogether you've got too much navigation there which is confusing, and you've got links to external sites such as the various plastic surgeons' associations, that from your navigation look as though they're going to be part of your site. Also, putting a 'donations' link as the first item on your navigation doesn't look very professional.

As Jaybee says, you also need to check your site in all browsers. I'm not too sure that the search engines are going to be too impressed with the the keyword stuffing - your keywords should occur naturally in your text, not as a list of repeated words and phrases.

Personally, it doesn't convince me.

Ahhh I missed the
quote:

BELOW ARE KEYWORDS FOR THE SEARCH ENGINES. VISITORS, PLEASE IGNORE THIS PART OF OUR WEBSITE. THANK YOU.
400 feet down the page.

That is bad practice, looks like you don't have a clue how to do SEO properly and as Womble says, is likely to get you dropped down the ranks or even blacklisted.

It's pretty pointless anyway as your keyword meta tag is empty

Just a pointer as I assume that either English is not your native language or you skipped a few lessons some time.

"Very Unique" is meaningless. You can't qualify the word "unique" it either is or it isn't.

Thanks everybody! GREAT HELP! Made some changes. Better now?

Ossus -> RE: NEW VERY UNIQUE WEBSITE (2/6/2007 14:14:45)

I have to say I like the color scheme, although I'm not sure you want "scheme" associated with the site.

I agree with ossus, thou u fixed spelling your punctuation is still caught my eye. Why not spell check it in word or something? It should also check your punctuation errors.

"your punctuation is still caught my eye"
and they can look to you for a good example of grammar ;)

jaybee -> RE: NEW VERY UNIQUE WEBSITE (2/6/2007 16:49:05)

It's still all over the place in Firefox.
