Well it's certainly unique in the fact that it totally confused me - are you selling cosmetic surgery or a web site? quote:
Registered members Instantly receive their Own Plastic Surgery Abroad web page. The links in the menu such as "Key questions to ask your doctor" suggest it's for patients, but most of the rest of it suggests it's aimed at doctors. Altogether you've got too much navigation there which is confusing, and you've got links to external sites such as the various plastic surgeons' associations, that from your navigation look as though they're going to be part of your site. Also, putting a 'donations' link as the first item on your navigation doesn't look very professional. As Jaybee says, you also need to check your site in all browsers. I'm not too sure that the search engines are going to be too impressed with the the keyword stuffing - your keywords should occur naturally in your text, not as a list of repeated words and phrases. Personally, it doesn't convince me.
