Hmm I did not notice, I just took a quick skim through the properties. Would be interesting to email the site owner to see if it could be added to the page.

I use this page constantly, as it shows a colour swatch, the CSS name and the hex code.

Actually, although it doesn't show shorthand properties, I usually use this colour chart as often you pick a colour and it's just not quite right and you need something very similar and this chart shows the colours more shades more closely togather.
