Strike -> Uploading Issues (2/13/2007 20:43:25)

Hello, I am very new to Dreamweaver and in the process of trying to upload my first website. I have input my remote site and testing server information. When I hit the test button, Dreamweaver says that it is connected to the server. When I try to upload the files, it says it connects to the server. When I go to the website - nothing! Please help! I have spent 2 days trying to figure out what is wrong. Thank you![:-]

Hi

I would check your details in the site definition. A likely cause is the field

What folder on the server do you want to store your files in?

Typical entries would be htdocs, www, wwwroot but it changes from server to server. If in doubt your host should be able to help out there.
