don't know what I did but on my Home page it shows double. Other pages ok. FP shows my Home page correct the way I want it. I checked Shared Borders and All pages checked for Top and Left.

I'm not sure if it's as simple as this old M$ support article (for FP 98) makes it sound but you do have 2 body tags (and no closing tags).
quote:

<body alink="#FFFF00" style="background-attachment: fixed" bgcolor="#000000">
<body alink="#FFFF00" style="background-attachment: fixed" bgcolor="#000000">

I had 3 body tags so I removed 2 and pasted my text back in so now back to normal. Except now I have a space running down my Left border which moves my text to far to the right pushing my Table past my Header. In FP my Text fits and looks OK but in both browsers FF and IE you have to scroll across. Several of my pages are like this. How can I remove this space I can't seem to find it in coding.

Probably the first place to start is correcting the errors in your code:

http://validator.w3.org/

You seem to have a lot of errors in the code that aren't too hard to fix, some of them are simply MS putting their proprietry code in instead of valid code.

Thx all. I started a Post last week regarding my validation problems. Seems like I just keep adding to them.
